Kaem Ling “Khlong Maha Chai-Khlong Sanam Chai” is a royally-initiated project of HM King Bhumibol Adulyadej. By constructing necessary regulators across the canals with pumping station, this “Kaem Ling” would work to collect and store flood water from upper area into Khlong Maha Chai and Khlong Sanam Chai and drain out to the sea via Khlong Maha Chai, Khlong Khun Racha Pinitjai, and canals connecting Khlong Maha Chai to the sea. TEAM GROUP was assigned to provide the initial environmental evaluation, survey and design of regulators and appurtenance structures including 12 regulators, one sluice gate, and three pumping stations, hydrological analysis using MIKE 11 hydrological model, and prepare bill of quantity, tender document and specifications.
