One Million Hearts Committed to Traffic Discipline

Initiated in honor of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej on his 84th birthday anniversary in 2011, the project has an objective of encouraging the public to observe traffic laws and regulations and so reducing the number of road accidents and the level of traffic congestion in Bangkok. The project aimed to convince at least one million participants to commit to driving safely and with discipline.

The book, published in Thai, Lao and English, was presented to Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn and other honorable guests from both countries on the opening of the bridge on 11 November 2011.
