TEAM GROUP was thus awarded the coveted ISO 9001: 2015 certification, which guarantees our ability to provide solutions that meet client’s and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

TEAM GROUP has established the Knowledge Management Unit (KM) to develop an IT-based stock of knowledge. Digital files containing information of all accomplished and ongoing projects are accessible to our people via the e-library. In addition, the Community of Practice (CoP) – a group of specialists who, through their articles, share their work experience, problems and lessons learned – is set up to provide our people with a reservoir of case studies. This contributes to our service excellence and achievements in the domestic and cross-border projects hosted by both the public and private sectors.
