The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for Year 2019 – TEAMG

Dr. Prasert Patramai, Chairman of the Board (fourth from right), Mr. Chawalit Chantararat, President (third from right), and the Board of Directors of TEAM Consulting Engineering and Management PCL (TEAMG) attended the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 3 April 2019 at the conference room on the 2^nd floor of TEAM Building. The meeting reached the resolution to approve the payment of dividends for the year 2018 to the shareholders at the rate of 0.075 Baht per share, totaling 51 million Baht of the net profit. The dividends will be paid on 3 May 2019.
