Backlog Surges to 6 billion Baht as EPC Expansion Drives Sustainable Growth
TEAMG delivered a record-breaking performance in Q3/2025, achieving its highest quarterly revenue ever at 636.41 million Baht, a 47% increase, and recording a profit of 47.24 million Baht. The Company’s backlog has now reached 6,000 million Baht, supported by major infrastructure consulting projects in transportation and water management, as well as continued expansion into full-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) services. TEAMG also announced it has been awarded a “5-Star Excellent” rating in the Corporate Governance Report (CGR) for five consecutive years.
Mr. Chawalit Chantararat, Chief Executive Officer of TEAM Consulting Engineering and Management Public Company Limited (TEAMG), stated that the Company’s Q3/2025 performance included 636.41 million Baht in sales and service revenue, representing 47% growth from the same period last year—marking the highest revenue in the Company’s history. Net profit reached 47.24 million Baht, a significant increase year-on-year. He added that in 2025, the Company secured several high-value and strategically important national projects, such as the survey and design for Phase 2 of the Phuket Airport Development Project and Phase 1 of the Mae Fah Luang–Chiang Rai Airport Development Project.
Additional key assignments include the study of the Salaya–Nakhon Pathom suburban rail system, supervision of coastal erosion protection works at Bang Khun Thian, and construction supervision for the conversion of overhead electrical lines to underground systems on Ramkhamhaeng Road. At the same time, the Company continues to expand its Related Business in EPC services in line with its growth strategy, leveraging its engineering study and design expertise to deliver full EPC solutions. EPC projects awarded this quarter span critical areas such as utilities, wastewater treatment systems, and specialized infrastructure systems.
For the first nine months of 2025, the Company recorded sales and service revenue of 1,672.42 million Baht, representing 31% growth from the same period last year, and net profit of 141.79 million Baht, up 51%. TEAMG continues to post outstanding performance in both revenue and profit, marking the strongest growth in years—driven by nationwide infrastructure development projects, expansion in EPC and technology businesses, and long-term value creation. These factors collectively reinforce the Company’s financial strength and underscore its commitment to sustainable growth.
As of the end of the nine-month period, the Company’s backlog stood at 5,968 million Baht, consisting of 3,665 million Baht from consulting services and 2,303 million Baht from related business—a substantial increase aligned with the Company’s strategic business plan.
