Human Rights & Human Rights Due Diligence

The company maintains a well-defined human rights governance structure, overseen by the Board of Directors and the Human Resources department. We have integrated international principles—including the UDHR, UNGPs, and ILO conventions—into our Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) process throughout our value chain. The company continuously assesses human rights risks, with a primary focus on enhancing compensation and welfare systems, which are identified as key risk areas. This is complemented by the maintenance of robust safety measures and effective grievance mechanisms. Furthermore, we extend the application of our Code of Business Conduct to our business partners, ensuring transparent operations and the sustainable protection of personal data in accordance with international standards.

Occupational Health, Safety, and Working Environment

TEAM Consulting Engineering and Management Public Company Limited integrates policies on occupational health, safety, and the working environment into all levels of management processes to ensure the well-being of both employees and partners. We emphasize proactive prevention through the 5S activity, annual health check-ups, and vaccination programs. Furthermore, we promote active participation through internal communication channels, enabling employees to report potential risks. We place great importance on enhancing safety skills through comprehensive training programs, ranging from fundamental courses and safety management to specialized operational training. We are committed to fostering a strong corporate safety culture to ensure readiness for emergency situations and to maintain a high quality of life for our personnel, who are our most valuable resource. These practices reflect our dedication to managing social sustainability in accordance with responsible business standards and corporate governance principles.

In 2025, the company recorded one work-related accident that did not result in lost time and four accidents that resulted in lost time. This brought the Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) to 0.33. Although this is an increase from 2024, the company successfully achieved its key goal of zero fatalities or permanent disabilities. Consequently, we have implemented proactive measures to improve operational guidelines and raise safety awareness among employees to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.

Labor Practices

The company is committed to operating its business with a steadfast dedication to human rights and labor practices in alignment with international standards, including the UDHR, UNGPs, and ILO core conventions. We have seamlessly integrated these policies into our governance structure, encompassing both the Board of Directors and executive management. To ensure operational excellence, we have established a comprehensive Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) process, with a full review and risk management assessment conducted every three years. This is complemented by annual human rights risk assessments that extend throughout our supply chain, enforced through the stringent application of our Supplier Code of Conduct. These measures guarantee full compliance with labor protection laws and international benchmarks, with a concrete focus on the prevention of child and forced labor. Our success is reflected in our track record of zero human rights violations, as well as a zero-complaint record regarding equality and personal data protection. These achievements reinforce our commitment to transparency and robust corporate governance in full adherence to the standards set forth by FTSE Russell.

Community Engagement

Our company’s social sustainability operations are aligned with FTSE Russell standards, emphasizing proactive impact management and the creation of shared value. Regarding impact management, we have implemented the Social Impact Assessment (SIA) framework to systematically mitigate risks related to pollution, traffic, and community livelihoods throughout our construction projects. In terms of shared value creation, we leverage our core engineering expertise to enhance the vocational skills of youth and the general public, alongside conducting volunteer initiatives and supporting educational programs to strengthen resilience against various crises.  The Klong Prem Prachakorn Drainage Tunnel project serves as a prime example of successfully integrating business operations with societal benefits through community engagement and housing development. By effectively addressing flood management and elevating the quality of life, this project has fostered positive relationships, reduced grievances, and strengthened stakeholder confidence. These efforts underscore our firm commitment to organizational growth alongside the creation of tangible, positive social impact, in strict accordance with the governance and sustainability principles prioritized by FTSE Russell.
