Message from the Chairman

Mr. Rapee Phongbupakicha

Chairman of the Board

The year 2025 remained a year of change and challenge, marked by global economic volatility, geopolitical uncertainty, technological transformation, and the impacts of climate change. Nevertheless, the Company continued to achieve steady growth, driven primarily by public sector projects, which accounted for 76% of total revenue across both the consulting business and related businesses, through work secured directly as well as indirectly via private contractors serving government clients. As a result, the Company delivered continued growth in both revenue and profit, reaching an all-time high and maintaining stable business operations amid global uncertainties.

Beyond financial performance, the Company places the highest importance on quality and strict compliance with professional standards. The Company had no involvement in the construction or construction supervision of projects that became the subject of public concern during the past year. At the same time, the Company has played an important role in sharing knowledge with the public, particularly following the earthquake in Myanmar on 28 March 2025, which caused tremors felt in Bangkok and damage to numerous buildings. In response, the Company established an “Initial Advisory Center for Buildings Affected by Earthquakes” to provide structural engineering expertise in support of the public and government agencies in assessing building safety, thereby helping to build confidence and serve society in times of crisis.

In 2026, the Company has set its vision toward 2030, aiming to become a sustainable regional solution provider with innovative business development and appropriate employees’ welfares. The Company emphasizes integrated client services delivered under the highest standards and professional ethics, while applying technology and artificial intelligence (AI) both to internal operations and to the enhancement of customer services. In doing so, the Company continues to uphold the principle of Human in the Loop, recognizing the essential role of people in oversight and the exercise of sound judgment. Moreover, the Company believes that people are the heart of an engineering consulting organization. It therefore places strong emphasis on capability development, appropriate employee welfare, and the continuous creation of a supportive work ecosystem and facilities that promote both productivity and quality of life.

The Company also remains committed to advancing sustainable development by conducting business with transparency and opposing corruption in all forms. Following its declaration of intent in 2025 to join the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC), the Company has since improved its systems and conducted training for executives and employees in accordance with CAC requirements and recommendations. This is to ensure readiness to apply for certification within 2026, reflecting the Company’s clear stance against corruption and its concrete commitment to conducting business in line with good corporate governance principles.

Finally, on behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all shareholders, investors, customers, and business partners for your continued confidence and support. I would also like to commend the Board, management, and employees for driving the organization forward with responsibility, dedication, and unwavering commitment. The Company will continue to conduct its business with transparency, uphold good corporate governance, take into account the interests of all stakeholders, and continuously enhance service quality, alongside fulfilling its responsibilities to society and the environment, in order to be a key force in driving sustainable growth and national development.
