Mr. Chawalit Chantararat, Chief Executive Officer of TEAM Consulting Engineering and Management Public Company Limited (TEAMG), disclosed that the Company, as a leading provider of engineering consulting and related business, as well as integrated technology and innovation solutions in Thailand and the region, received a 5-star or “Excellent” CG Scoring in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) 2026 for the sixth consecutive year. TEAMG was also ranked in the Top Quartile among companies with a market capitalization of THB 1,501–3,000 million by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD), with support from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
TEAMG’s sixth consecutive “Excellent” CGR rating reflects its strong commitment to conducting business in accordance with sustainable development principles, consistent with the Company’s vision, and to maintaining good corporate governance that supports sustainable growth. The Company operates responsibly and takes into consideration stakeholders throughout the supply chain, while contributing to tangible positive impacts on society and the environment.
