On 6 November 2019, Dr. Pimpida Chanyarakskul, Senior Vice President and Executive Director for Urban Building & Infrastructure, TEAM GROUP, presented the Certificate of Green Building (Gold Level) according to the Thai’s Rating of Energy and Environmental Sustainability for New Construction and Major Renovation (TREES-NC) by the Thai Green Building Institute (TGBI), to Khun Waraporn Chukitkasem, Vice President of Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited.
TEAM GROUP has been entrusted as the Green Building Consultant for the Whizdom Connect Condominium, Sukhumvit 101.
